Today, we are delighted to sit down with Victoria Carillet, the visionary behind RAVI, to discuss her brand’s inspiring journey, the ethos behind its unique products, and what it truly means to create beauty with intention. From the energetic rituals that set RAVI apart to the innovations shaping its future, Victoria offers insight into the heart of a brand that encourages everyone to shine with confidence.

Alexander Chetchikov: Congratulations on winning your first Luxury Lifestyle Award! What does this recognition mean to you personally and to the RAVI brand?
Victoria Carillet: It’s not just an award — it feels like a reward coming from above and a tangible proof that what we’re doing comes from the heart. We believe in what we do from the bottom of our soul, and this recognition means a lot to me and my team.
RAVI is not about marketing or packaging. It’s about women who choose self-care every day — not because they have to, but because they want to.
This award is a whisper from the universe: keep going, you’re on the right path.
AC: RAVI’s formulations are created during the full moon—a rare and spiritual approach in beauty. Can you share the inspiration behind this ritual and how it influences the product’s effectiveness?
VC: The full moon represents a peak moment in nature. At that time, everything feels more alive — sap rises in plants, energy reaches its maximum. When we formulate during the full moon, it feels like the product absorbs that natural strength.
For us, it’s not about mysticism. It’s about respecting rhythms and creating beauty with intention.
Our formulas are born at the height of nature’s pulse.
AC: From your early days as a fashion influencer to founding a luxury beauty brand, what inspired your transition into entrepreneurship?
VC: It was never enough for me to just talk about beauty — I wanted to create it.
I started my journey in my mother’s beauty salon, mixing colors, selecting actives, going to trade shows, and organizing competitions. That world energized me and gave me purpose.
Later, I became a lawyer and worked in international organizations — an interesting chapter, but eventually I realized I wanted to return to where it all began: beauty.
A place where I felt truly happy. And genuinely helpful to others.
RAVI was born from memory and instinct — the kind you don’t forget.
AC: RAVI places strong emphasis on ethically sourced ingredients and visible results. How do you balance luxury with responsibility in your product development process?
VC: I create products I would proudly give to my daughter.
Ethics isn’t a trend — it’s a foundation. But results also have to be real. Otherwise, what’s the point? This is why we decided to favour production sites in Europe: Italy for haircare, Germany for skincare. As well as South Korea, for cutting-edge microneedle patch technology.
If I wouldn’t give it to my daughter, I wouldn’t give it to the world.
AC: Your Anti-Aging Microstructure Patches have garnered attention. What was the innovation process behind this product, and how has the response been since launch?
VC: The idea was to create a Botox-like effect, without needles, pain, or harsh chemicals. Just skin and powerful natural ingredients that actually work.
Today, the patches are one of our best sellers.
We didn’t invent patches. We reinvented what they could do.
AC: How do you envision the role of ritual and self-love evolving in the future of beauty, especially in a fast-paced digital world?
VC: Modern women don’t need ten-step routines. They don’t have time for that.
They want three or four simple steps that truly work. Not just promises — real transformations in skin and hair.
Less steps, more meaning. That’s the beauty modern women choose.
AC: RAVI has built a strong presence in Europe and is expanding globally. What are your plans for international growth, and how do you stay connected to your brand’s Austrian roots?
VC: The plan? The U.S., Asia, the Middle East — the whole world, really.
But not at any cost. We grow with soul, not just strategy.
China and Germany are our priority, where European beauty is deeply valued. But wherever RAVI goes, I want people to feel it was made for them.
As I always say: “We’re not just selling skincare — we’re sharing a way of living, born in Vienna and carried by women around the world.”
Our Austrian roots keep us grounded – in quality, elegance, and purpose.
AC: What advice would you give to aspiring female entrepreneurs looking to create a brand that combines creativity, science, and soul like RAVI does?
VC: Don’t wait for someone to give you the green light. Start with what you already have.
