Following their win as Best Luxury Concierge Service in the Middle East for 2025 by Luxury Lifestyle Awards, Peacock Concierge sits down with Alexander Chetchikov, president of the World Luxury Chamber of Commerce, to explore the vision, innovation, and regional expertise behind this distinguished achievement.

Hassan Al-Suwaidi: Thank you, Alexander. It’s truly an honour to be recognized, especially in a region where standards are incredibly high. What sets Peacock Concierge apart is the way we work hand-in-hand with our corporate clients to tailor our services precisely to their customers’ needs, always under their own brand. Our role is not only to deliver exceptional lifestyle management but also to help our partners achieve their broader goals of client success, loyalty, and expansion. The fact that many of our key corporate clients have trusted us for years is proof of the strength of this model. By blending regional relevance with global reach, we’ve created a lifestyle ecosystem that consistently delivers extraordinary experiences while driving long-term value for our clients and partners alike.
AC: How does technology influence the way Peacock Concierge delivers luxury experiences to clients across the GCC and Egypt?
HA: Technology is a critical enabler, but it’s never a substitute for human connection. Our proprietary mobile app is just the beginning—it gives clients seamless access to their lifestyle manager anytime, anywhere, and the ability to make high-level requests at the speed of life. Yet technology in the concierge space is evolving rapidly, and that puts a responsibility on us to continuously innovate and stay ahead. Behind the app, our team of experienced professionals ensures every request is handled with warmth, discretion, and intuition. The tech delivers convenience and speed; the people bring depth and true luxury.
AC: Luxury is often defined by exclusivity and personalization. How do you ensure these elements are consistently delivered to your high-net-worth clientele?
HA: Exclusivity and personalization are at the core of everything we do. Every client is supported by a team of professionals who develop a comprehensive understanding of their preferences, past experiences, and lifestyle requirements. We use data tools to track patterns and anticipate needs before they arise. From the smallest things to the most ambitious requests—whether it’s remembering a child’s birthday, arranging a specific room layout in a favorite hotel, or handling a sensitive cultural request—we ensure that no two experiences are alike and no detail is ever missed.
AC: Peacock Concierge operates both B2B and B2C, integrating services with major banks. What unique challenges and opportunities does this business model present?
HA: The B2B2C model is one of our biggest strengths, and also one of the most complex parts of our business. It allows us to embed luxury lifestyle services directly within the client experience of leading banks and institutions. The challenge is to remain invisible but indispensable—to offer seamless service under our partners’ brands while maintaining our high standards. But the reward is massive: we help our partners elevate their brand while gaining long-term, loyal users through trusted relationships, proven by customers we have proudly served for more than 14 years.
AC: With 24/7 availability and a regional focus, how do you balance global reach with cultural sensitivity in your service offerings?
HA: That balance is what defines us. Our team is based in the region and culturally fluent, which allows us to operate with sensitivity and discretion. At the same time, our network spans over 100 countries, so we can deliver anywhere in the world—from sourcing rare items in Europe to arranging wellness retreats in Southeast Asia. We train our teams to think globally but act locally, ensuring that cultural norms are respected while global standards are upheld.
AC: How has the luxury concierge industry evolved in the Middle East in recent years, and where do you see it heading?
HA: The market has matured significantly. In the past, concierge services were considered optional or a nice-to-have perk for high-net-worth clients. Today, they have become essential—especially in the banking sector and within payment card schemes—driven by the daily life needs and demanding schedules of clients. It’s no longer about vanity—it’s about time, access, and peace of mind. Clients now value privacy, proactivity, and precision. They seek lifestyle solutions, not just assistance. Looking ahead, the industry is moving toward hyper-personalized, tech-enabled services that are seamlessly integrated into clients’ digital lives. Concierge will evolve from being a reactive service to a proactive partner—almost like a lifestyle operating system on demand.
AC: What are some of the most innovative or unexpected requests Peacock Concierge has fulfilled recently that highlight your team’s capabilities?
HA: We’ve handled everything from last-minute helicopter transfers to sourcing a discontinued luxury handbag for a client’s anniversary. One memorable request involved relocating a pet from the UK to Qatar after extensive vetting and approvals. Another was arranging a once-in-a-lifetime fighter jet tour from an aircraft carrier, or landing a helicopter mid-slope to help a client who feared skiing down from the top. We’ve sent our own team across borders to buy a special cake from Dubai and hand-deliver it to Kuwait, secured last-minute tickets to Wimbledon, and sourced rare luxury items that are nearly impossible to find. For our clients, no request is too small or too extraordinary—our mission is to make it happen.
