The Merchants – Steak & Grill

The concept of FIVE SENSES HOSPITALITY was created by Edgar Lagassi with the help of his two friends and business partners: Andrius Kulbokas and Mariusz Syzmecki. They always dreamed of sharing the desire to translate their past experiences in the Hospitality world into an environment that encompassed their idea of a lifestyle dining destination. ​

​Each of the founders at some stage in their professional careers has worked in some of the most emblematic hotels, restaurants, and bars around the world.  Their experiences, confidence, knowledge, and above all importantly passion for good food, service and drinks united them to create something very special in Spain.

The 3 experienced professionals created The Merchants – Steak & Grill in Palma. This is the second-year Luxury Lifestyle Awards win for the lavish steakhouse in Spain. In 2022, they have won in the category Best Luxury Steakhouse in Spain. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Al fresco meals may be taken in the beautiful interior executed by Aggi Bruch or outside in their secret garden area of the stunning Palacio Can Marques Hotel, which is shaded by beautiful palm, cherry, and fig trees.

If you like your steak with a side of seafood, you can order just that – the overarching concept behind The Merchants – Steak & Grill in Palma was to create a brighter, lighter, and fresher take on a classic steak house, which is exactly what the creators have done.
