VA Studio and RADYCA, a powerhouse design duo, have joined forces to create a masterpiece – the award-winning Palm Beach County Estate. This project exemplifies their unwavering commitment to excellence and their unique approach to luxury living.

VA Studio, based in Mexico City, brings a fresh and visionary approach, while RADYCA, a West Palm Beach-based superyacht design firm with over 25 years of experience, injects a refined and sophisticated understanding of luxury. This collaboration combines their strengths to create unique and masterful estates.

Their recent award-winning project involved an equestrian-inspired vacation home in Florida, designed for private, high-end seasonal rentals. Their design seamlessly blended the equestrian theme with modern luxury, incorporating several unique features:

• Art-Centric Design: Art pieces were the primary design inspiration, with a focus on dark tones balanced by warm lighting for a relaxed yet refined atmosphere, contrasting with the surrounding natural beauty. Renowned Mexican artists were commissioned to create several original equestrian-themed pieces.
• Custom Touches: VA Studio and RADYCA designed the entire interior, including furniture, fixtures, furnishings, art, accessories, fabrics, and paint colors. Special pieces were designed and custom-made, including a spectacular dining table, an LED-illuminated master bed, and a bronze and leather office desk.
• Sustainable Practices: Sustainability was a key consideration. The project incorporated highly efficient LED lighting and solar panels to minimize the home’s environmental footprint.
