Villa ANDI by Studio Fabrika

Studio Fabrika, an architecture and interior design studio in Albania, has received widespread recognition for its remodeling and expansion project, Villa ANDI, located in the exclusive Rolling Hills area of Tirana. Founded in 2008 by interior designer and visual artist Rovena Agolli, Studio Fabrika has established itself as a leader in the industry, known for its distinctive style and commitment to blending creativity with practical solutions. The firm has completed numerous projects across Albania and internationally, offering a wide range of services including interior design, landscape design, and urban planning, contributing to its growing reputation as a forward-thinking studio.

The Villa ANDI project, which began in January 2022 and was completed in February 2023, transformed a 10-year-old residential villa. Originally 450 m², the villa was expanded to 650 m² across three levels. The redesign incorporated new luxury features, including a wine cellar, gym, mini-spa, gazebo, and a pool area. Studio Fabrika’s approach involved relocating interior walls with a metal structure and updating the facade to improve natural light while seamlessly connecting the residence with its natural surroundings. High-end materials, such as natural stone, marble, and wood, were carefully chosen to balance elegance, durability, and timeless appeal.

Sustainability was a key consideration in this renovation, with solar panels installed for energy generation and a thermal facade for improved energy efficiency. Despite the challenge of completing the renovation within a limited timeframe, Studio Fabrika successfully delivered a sophisticated and functional design that integrates luxury, modernity, and sustainability, showcasing its expertise in crafting extraordinary living spaces.
