Designed by the renowned Tabanlıoğlu Architects (TA_) and constructed by Miller Holding, the Kinshasa Finance Center transcends its role as an administrative hub. It embodies the DRC’s burgeoning progress and bright future. The integrated Congress Center further amplifies this vision, fostering international collaboration and exchange. 

Founded in 1990 by Murat Tabanlıoğlu and his father, the Istanbul-based architectural firm, with its long family tradition spanning over six decades, demonstrates a professionalism based on rigor and know-how. In 1995, Melkan Gürsel joined the firm as a partner, solidifying the team’s expertise. Renowned for their high-profile cultural buildings, residential and office projects, luxury hotels, and urban regeneration initiatives, they are celebrated as one of the most distinguished and award-winning architectural practices. TA_ is currently engaged in major assignments on four continents with the contribution of approximately 150 architects in its Istanbul, NYC, Dubai, and Doha offices.

Miller Holding, established in 1967 by Muhsin Turhan Mildon, operates under a diverse portfolio of brands across various sectors. Their commitment to shaping Africa’s future is evident in their African construction projects, spearheaded by their Milvest brand. In the DRC alone, Milvest has delivered numerous impactful projects that elevate the quality of life, including the Kinshasa Arena, a Cable Car system, Sports Complexes, an Expo Center, and social housing developments. 

Inaugurated by Congolese President Félix Tshisekedi, the Kinshasa Finance and Congress Center is a strategic hub located in the Gombe commune of Kinshasa. This, the largest Finance center in the DRC, boasts a sprawling complex encompassing 88,000 square meters, complemented by a 41,000-square-meter congress center. 

Twin towers, each exceeding fifteen stories, dominate the Center’s skyline opposite the Courthouse. These towers house key institutions like the Ministries of Finance and Budget, General Directorates, and the General Inspectorate of Finance.
