The project “Modular Luxury Induction Kitchen” was a full renovation by Sandra and her team, completed from January 2023 to December 2023. Located in Santa Monica, California, the property, originally built in 1969, posed challenges such as being situated on the 3rd floor of a high rise, resulting in plumbing challenges and unleveled concrete floors spanning 3000 sq ft. Despite these hurdles, the project seamlessly integrated sustainable initiatives including porcelain slab Italian floor coverings, custom stainless steel cabinetry, and induction cooking technology for reduced carbon dioxide emissions. LED lighting was employed throughout for its efficiency and sustainability.

Sandra Costa’s contribution to the project encompassed original designs, renovation services, building plans, LED lighting plans, audio, and construction through to completion.
