PAD Space Artisan, an interior design firm in Thailand, executed a remarkable project in Phuket. Their recent venture, the So Origin Bangtao_Sales Gallery & Show Units spans an indoor area of 360 sq.m., complemented by a semi-outdoor terrace of 160 sq.m. This project reflects a meticulous blend of design and functionality tailored for the millennial lifestyle, resonating with the dynamic beach venue of Bangtao.
The client’s vision was clear: to create a space that embodies the “work & travel” ethos of modern millennials. PAD Space Artisan responded with the “Bangtao around the clock” concept, integrating versatile spaces with 24/7 facilities. The Sales Gallery features serene screens that interact with light and shadow throughout the day, creating an ever-changing ambiance. The interior showcases a harmonious mix of refined screens, sleek panels, and contemporary loose furniture, contributing to a modern twist on a resort vibe.
A standout feature is the semi-outdoor bar, designed as a seamless transition between the polished interior and its rustic surroundings. PAD utilized raw, natural materials to convey unpretentious beauty, blending indoor and outdoor spaces.
The Show Units reflect diverse lifestyles: the studio unit (30 sq.m.) caters to a party-loving Russian couple who cherish diving and beach life, while the two-bedroom unit (50 sq.m.) suits a modern family running a Scandinavian seafood restaurant in Phuket, with a son passionate about plants and pottery.
Inspired by market users and the picturesque beach setting, PAD emphasized unique features like the refined screen and the semi-outdoor bar – to see more of their work, follow this link: http://www.padartisan.com
