ND Studio Architecture, led by esteemed architects Nadjânia Gomes and Eric Dayan, has been a prominent force in the architecture and design industry for over two decades in Brazil. Specializing in the creation and transformation of residential and commercial spaces, the studio has garnered international recognition for its innovative and sophisticated approach. One of their notable achievements is the award-winning project, “Classic Revisited,” which exemplifies their mastery in merging timeless elegance with modern functionality.

Located at Boa Viagem Beach, one of Recife City’s most prestigious locations, the apartment was designed to reflect both luxury and comfort. The project featured an open-plan design that integrates the living and dining areas with a stunning balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This layout encourages large gatherings, creating a perfect space for socializing and entertaining.

ND Studio collaborated with leading industry partners to bring the project to life. The elegant flooring was supplied by Portobello Shop, known for their high-quality materials. Custom furniture, tailored to the specific needs and style of the apartment, was provided by Bontempo Planejados, while designer pieces from Benetti Interiores added a touch of contemporary sophistication. Empório da Luz was responsible for the exquisite lighting, which combines aesthetics and energy efficiency through the use of carefully selected luminaires. ATM Home provided state-of-the-art automation systems, ensuring that the apartment not only looks beautiful but also offers the latest in modern convenience and technology.

The comprehensive renovation included ergonomic planning and great attention to detail in the selection and placement of furniture, lighting, and finishes. Sustainability was a key focus, with LED lighting and low-emission porcelain tiles from Portobello that replicate natural stone without depleting finite resources. This project reflects ND Studio’s commitment to excellence, showcasing their ability to collaborate with top industry professionals to create spaces that are both visually stunning and functionally superior.
