KIRA Design Limited has been selected as the winner of a 2024 Luxury Lifestyle Awards for Best Luxury Apartment Interior Design in Hong Kong. The award was granted for their outstanding work on “The Grand Marine Duplex,” a sophisticated and modern residence located in the heart of Tsing Yi, Hong Kong.

Under the leadership of co-founders Kim Wong, Design Director, and Rammy Chan, Marketing Director, KIRA Design delivered an exceptional new build project tailored to meet the unique needs of a family of four. The Grand Marine Duplex is a luxurious 2,685-square-foot apartment that combines modern European elements with the natural surroundings of Tsing Yi. The project was completed in 2023, showcasing KIRA Design’s dedication to quality and innovation.

The design concept emphasized the creation of a spacious and trendy apartment with distinct features for each family member. Key design elements include individual rooms for the children, personalized to reflect their personalities, while the master bedroom offers a serene retreat with breathtaking sea views. The expansive living and dining area is adorned with trendy green and yellow accents, enhancing the apartment’s chic, yet welcoming atmosphere.

One of the standout features of the design is the full-length windows in every room, maximizing natural light and showcasing the scenic views. KIRA Design’s bold choice of bright orange and green hues, especially on small objects and loose furniture, adds a playful, contemporary twist that complements the apartment’s minimalist aesthetic.

With in-house project management and construction capabilities through their affiliate, Times Creative Construction Limited, KIRA Design provided end-to-end services for this project, from custom furniture design to impeccable customer service.
