Fifth Estate Sweeps Three Prestigious Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2021

 

Fifth Estate announces winning three prestigious Luxury Lifestyle Awards in 2021, for the Best Luxury PR and Marketing Campaigns in the UAE, for Dorchester Collection Hotel Dubai, The Residences, Dorchester Collection, One at Palm Jumeirah and Langham Place Hotel and Residences, Downtown Dubai.

“We are thrilled to receive the awards for our exceptional work on world-class projects that set new benchmarks in the region,” said Anne Schimmel, Director, Fifth Estate.

“Fifth Estate was tasked to brand, market and launch Dorchester Collection and Langham brands, as they made their debut in the Middle East and as they introduced their first branded residences in the world,” explained Schimmel.

Dorchester Collection Hotel and The Residences, Dorchester Collection

Valued at almost USD 700 million, Dorchester Collection Dubai is the world’s first Dorchester property which is purpose-built for the brand, and which houses a hotel and residential tower.

Designed by award-winning architects Foster and Partners, the property consists of two spectacular interconnected towers. Described as ‘a landmark of opulence’, the project will be Dorchester Collection’s tenth iconic Hotel.

Fifth Estate’s creative visual approach was inspired by the interior design of the Parisian interior design house Gilles & Boissier. “The result was a seductive and timeless masterpiece that will define bespoke luxury lifestyle in Dubai for years to come,” said Schimmel.

One at Palm Jumeirah

Valued at approximately USD 600 million, One at Palm Jumeirah is an architectural landmark which includes 94 exclusive penthouses. To date, the project holds the real estate sale records for selling Dubai’s most expensive penthouse at a whopping USD 27.7 million.

“As an agency that brings a customer-centric approach to property branding and marketing, Fifth Estate positioned One Palm as a project that embodies the ultimate in luxury living for the most discerning buyers who value privacy and exclusivity.” said Schimmel.

Working in collaboration with Elicyon, Super Potato, Vladmir Djurovic and Dorchester Collection, Fifth Estate developed a brand narrative, identity and positioning that placed One at Palm Jumeirah as the most premium address in the region.

“We utilized our experience in design, fashion and lifestyle to bring the project to life through stunning collateral design, digital content and a launch video and event,” commented Schimmel.

Langham Place Downtown Dubai

Located in the heart of Dubai and designed by world-renowned HBA, Langham Place Downtown Dubai Hotel and Residences is a USD 270 million development which launched Langham’s first branded residences in the world and marked Langham’s entry into the Middle East.

“The elegant campaign and branding developed by Fifth Estate helped set Langham Place apart, making it one of the most anticipated new development launches in the region. The brand garnered press and attention in Dubai’s real estate community through premium collateral and content, setting up the development for distinction,” said Schimmel.
