The low tax situation, more job opportunities, immaculate weather, and a skyrocketing housing market are all contributing to the rapid growth of the uber-luxury real estate market in Miami. Families are looking for more outdoor spaces providing a plethora of activities, and Miami’s beaches are one of these places. The wealthy and discerning buyers who demand the best in terms of quality, design, and exclusivity find the best deals in the culturally, socially, and politically rich heart of Florida—Miami. Political views are just as important to the high-net-worth individuals who purchase these opulent real estates. Places like Miami Downtown with its iconic skyline and art deco architecture, Edgewater with a rapidly developing rich neighborhood, Miami Beach with its undeniable vibrancy, and many other attractive places in Miami are magnetic towards the market, and luckily, MLRE bears flawless service and expertise regarding all the various real estate available in Miami.

During the years when COVID was in its full force (2020-2021), the real estate sector benefited and experienced some setbacks. It may have had a rocky start with home sales dropping 18% from March to April 2020. But, as the pandemic drove more people from city centers to less densely populated areas, searching for spaces more suitable for remote work and learning, property prices soared at a record pace to hit record highs. Outdoor spaces and the open infrastructure of Miami have greatly increased the demand for luxury properties in Miami.
