Today, we were granted the opportunity to sit down with ATIPIKA CEO and visionary Isabel Osorio, to delve into the strategies, vision, and unique approach that have propelled ATIPIKA to the forefront of this competitive industry under Isabel’s leadership.
Luxury Lifestyle Awards: Congratulations on winning the Luxury Lifestyle Awards for Best Luxury Real Estate Brokerage in Barcelona, Costa Brava, and Menorca in 2024! Can you share some insights into what sets ATIPIKA Lifestyle Properties apart from other real estate agencies in the region?
Isabel Osorio: We have a unique Quality procedure designed to assist both clients in search of property and property owners. To facilitate this, we utilize a unique CRM developed by our team, which the entire team follows and is continuously refined. We leverage AI and digital marketing to provide responses and enhance value for all our clients.
LLA: ATIPIKA is known for its unique approach to servicing international clients while being a local company. How do you balance local expertise with catering to the needs and preferences of an international clientele?
IO: Our 25 years of experience in the sector have enabled us to learn from and monitor experiences with over 50 nationalities from around the world. This is made possible by our multilingual team and professionals hailing from various parts of the globe, all part of our team and dedicated to Customer Care.
LLA: Could you elaborate on the strategies that have contributed to ATIPIKA’s success in the luxury real estate market, particularly in Barcelona, Castelldefels, and Menorca?
IO: I believe it’s crucial to establish business investment priorities and to be a proficient strategist. A reliable CRM is essential for proper organization, effectiveness, and cost reduction. Without proper internal organization, pursuing growth becomes futile, as success becomes highly risky. Currently, we are actively investing in artificial intelligence.
LLA: With offices in Barcelona, Castelldefels, and Menorca, and plans for new openings, how do you ensure consistency in service quality across different locations?
IO: We have already defined all processes, and our organizational foundations are perfectly outlined. This, combined with the latest technology, makes us competitive and allows us to offer highly attractive options for both expansion and consolidation. A solid foundation ensures secure results and consolidation in any area.
LLA: ATIPIKA offers a global and multilingual service, personalized attention, and a real estate experience that guarantees confidence for both owners and clients. How do you maintain such high standards of service consistently?
IO: With constant training and the best technology to support it. Execution becomes unfeasible without organization, technology, and a clear definition of all processes.
LLA: The recent sale of the spectacular house in Alella showcased ATIPIKA’s capabilities in facilitating seamless transactions. Could you share some key factors that contributed to the successful sale of this property?
IO: We shouldn’t wait for clients to come to us; instead, we need to actively seek them out through advertising strategies, extraordinary customer service, understanding of the purchasing process based on the client’s country of origin and funds, as well as legal and juridical knowledge.
LLA: The ATIPIKA Real Estate Concierge service aims to assist buyers or clients in their property search process. How does this service add value to the overall real estate experience for your clients?
IO: Exclusivity, client-centered organization, meticulous study of their needs, and an expert advisor who will help them achieve their goals in record time—it’s a customized service tailored to the client, where the focus is on finding what fits and captivates them.
LLA: In your opinion, what are some emerging trends or shifts in the luxury real estate market that ATIPIKA is adapting to or capitalizing on?
IO: In the luxury market, personalized attention, resolution of any need, and availability are fundamental when it comes to clients. Regarding property owners, expertise in the market, valuations, legal and tax matters, and accompanying them throughout the entire process until the deed is signed are crucial. Post-sale service is also important. To this day, our number one client is still active and loyal. We already have over 18,000 property owners! The trend in the sector is “devolving” in some aspects; clients want one-on-one interaction. As for technology, AI can accelerate processes and help automate tasks, but it will never replace personalized service.
LLA: As a CEO, what leadership principles or strategies do you prioritize to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within ATIPIKA?
IO: Commitment, ethics, providing solutions, integrity, expertise in the area, and good communication skills are essential. Empathy, adaptability, knowledge of sector trends, resourcefulness, and perseverance in the face of adversities that may arise, are also important.
LLA: With ATIPIKA’s extensive experience in the luxury real estate sector, what advice would you give to individuals or investors looking to enter this market or purchase luxury properties in your serviced areas?
IO: Knowing how to choose whom they want to work with, having them listen to their needs, providing solutions, and making the process easy and comfortable.
