LLA: How do you determine what services to offer your clients and who is involved in your research and development into each of these service offerings?
AA: Determining our service offerings is an evolving process based on extensive research and feedback loops. Our Partnerships team closely monitors global luxury trends, emerging technologies, and shifts in client behavior. We also rely heavily on direct feedback from our clients; their evolving needs are our compass. I believe in a hands-on approach—our team regularly travels and experiences the services we offer to ensure that the quality is impeccable. This firsthand experience allows us to create offerings that are not only luxurious but also deeply immersive and authentic.
