Lorena Herrera: At STP Caribe, we ensure that every client enjoys a unique and memorable experience from their first moment of arrival in México.

When our clients are greeted, our team uses smart tablets that display their names, thus creating an immediate personalized connection, and a highly trained employee from STP Caribe receives them at the airport. We previously sent them digital instructions where they can find us at their selected airport, so they can recognize the uniform and meeting points. Luxury is not just about the material amenities but also the guarantee of personalized treatment, and at STP Caribe we believe that it has to go hand in hand with a secure arrival.

Our vehicles also undergo an aromatherapy process, to create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.

We also offer our guests chilled facial towels infused with lavender to help cool them down, along with premium waters and Mexican beers for refreshment.  If the clients previously shared with us that they have children on board, we accommodate them so that the little ones can also experience a luxurious and comfortable service.

Lorena Herrera: “Black Luxury Service” was designed to showcase the exclusive and luxurious side of STP Caribe. What really sets us apart from other limousine services in the region is the attention to detail and the personalization we offer to each service and vehicle.

Each of our vehicles is a custom-designed experience by our own team, which allows us to ensure that every unit meets the highest standards of comfort and elegance.

We offer a heartwarming menu with thoughtfully selected add-ons, going to the greatest lengths to enhance our guests’ overall experience. Additionally, what sets us apart from other brands is that, for us, when our customers thrive and enjoy their journey, so do we. We celebrate each one of our customers and treat them with care unparalleled in the region, it´s not just the luxurious personalized design vehicle but also our highly trained staff.

LLA: Can you share some unique requests or experiences you’ve had with clients, and how STP Caribe adapted its services to create an unforgettable journey for them?

Lorena Herrera: Absolutely. We take great pride in going above and beyond to meet our clients’ expectations. One story that stands out involves a client who booked a Mercedes-Benz Maybach limousine for their arrival but opted for a Luxury SUV for their return trip.

We found out that the client was celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary and had chosen the Mercedes-Benz Maybach to surprise their spouse, but the return booking exceeded their budget. Moved by their story, we decided to offer them the return trip in the Mercedes-Benz Maybach as a complimentary service.

For us, it’s not just about providing transportation—it’s about creating lasting memories and ensuring our clients feel valued. This approach is central to who we are as a company.

LLA: The fleet at STP Caribe boasts exclusive designs tailored to enhance the client experience. Can you provide insights into the design process and how these modifications contribute to elevating luxury travel?

Lorena Herrera: The design process behind our fleet starts with three key questions:

  • What are our clients’ needs?
  • What would we love for them to enjoy onboard?
  • And how can we guarantee the highest level of luxury and comfort without sacrificing safety?

With these in mind, we designed unique vehicles, such as our limousines, which offer an additional 50 to 70 cm of legroom—an idea inspired by “extra space” airplane models and luxury cars like the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and Mercedes-Benz Maybach.

This added space ensures that our passengers can stretch out and truly relax, especially after long flights.

We’ve also incorporated personalized glassware, Nespresso machines, and unique design details such as the suicide doors featured on our GMC limo, which provide a full view of the luxurious interior.

These thoughtful details elevate the travel experience and help us stand out in the luxury market.

The whole operational system is created to assemble a strong communication between the entire company, to enable a communication channel assuring everybody in the team receives accurate information about every guest request allowing us to offer a seamless and highly personalized experience for every client. However, is thanks to the combined efforts of our marvelous personnel that we´re able to innovate and come up with unique solutions and requests for our clients, it’s their attention to detail—like our aromatherapy, the chilled towels, premium refreshments, amongst others personalized requests—that make a significant difference.

This aligns with our goal of promoting responsible tourism and preserving the beautiful flora and fauna of the Yucatan Peninsula and the Mexican Caribbean.
