My time moves around the restaurant and the joy of offering hospitality. My menu orchestrates the rhythm of the seasons, inspired by the treasures of the Corfiot land, the Ionian Sea, the beauty of the people, the effort of my group and the desire of the producers. This is the secret ingredient in my recipes, a technique and a lot of passion. My ambition is to highlight these little treasures and recommend the merciful people who make them.
